Mobile Application Developer


Join our team and support the development of the multi-award-winning BoardConnect wireless in-flight entertainment (IFE) platform. 



  • Design, develop, code, test, and debug web and mobile based applications (Android)
  • Package apps for deployment to App Stores; development of back-end components that serve as an integration/translation layer between mobile apps and Enterprise services
  • Develop integrations and API’s using enterprise integration patterns and frameworks
  • Analyze and optimize application code and/or APIs for efficiency and performance
  • Applications vary from customer specific to multi-customer solutions
  • Requirement interpretation and clarification
  • White-box testing,  testing
  • Grow in a culture of learning through design discussions and code reviews


  • Android – J2EE/J2ME, Android SDK, SQLite/MySQL, Eclipse - It is great if you have experience with iOS
  • Prior internship or academic experience with mobile apps development using Android, mobile SDKs
  • Experience with Agile Development
  • Good Object Oriented Programming and Design skills, UML
  • Experience in one or more of the following: Web Services, REST, JSON, HTTP, Ajax, HTML5, CSS
  • Basic knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) systems
  • Experience of using version control system (SVN, Git or Mercurial)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good knowledge of English in spoken and written
  • College or University degree
  • Objective-C, iOS SDK, Xcode, Swift
  • Understanding of Xcode, iPhone & iPad
  • Understanding Apple distribution policies and processes
