BI Programmer Analyst (Employee or Subcontractor)

We are looking for a highly skilled BI Programmer Analyst with a strong background in building scalable, high-quality and sophisticated Reports, Dashboards and Visualizations. The BI Programmer will be responsible for building, configuring and maintaining. This person will work with a team of experienced business analyst, project managers, developers and business users. The ideal candidate is self-driven with a “get it done” mentality and a passion for helping organizations solve complex business and technology problems.

  • Perform ETL Development using Oracle PL/SQL Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
  • Debug and performance tune existing ETLs, reports and dashboards by analyzing relevant SQL queries.
  • Migrate ETL from on-prem to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Migrate code between dev, stage and production applications.
  • Very good understanding of standard software development life cycle.
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
  • Troubleshoot issues raised by users and provide timely resolutions.


  • 5 years of experience in Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence.
  • 5 years of proven experience in PL/SQL programming, stored procedures, functions ODI.
  • 5 years of experience in data analysis and troubleshooting skills with ability to write complex SQL queries and performance tuning in Oracle database.
  • Experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), AWS Cloud, Microsoft Azure Cloud
  • Oracle Certifications if any
  • Well versed with other Oracle tools
